The Arsenal Center for the Arts encourages individuals and families to participate in the visual and performing arts, including Watertown Children's Theater programs. Volunteers will assist with setup, help with workshops, usher theatre events, and clean up for Open Arts Day on May 2. Open Arts Day is a community event that provides free art and theatre experiences for children and families. Volunteers should enjoy assisting with children’s activities and wear comfortable clothes appropriate for helping with art activities. Volunteers may sign up for one of three shifts: 9:30-12, 12-2, or 2-4. This listing is for the 12-2 SHIFT, where you will assist with workshops and events for Open Arts Day. Don’t forget to join us from 8:30-9:30 a.m. on May 2nd at the Arsenal Project for a kickoff breakfast and free T-shirt!
