Together we will remove grass between the cobblestones lining the path through the park and dig small, narrow trenches to keep grass out of the planting beds (main jobs), pick up litter, and groom the tot lot.
When: Saturday, August 22, 8-10 a.m. (rain date next day same time; announced Sat. by 7 a.m. via email)
Where: by the boat ramp at 40 Pond Lane, Arlington (see website)
 
- Teens earn community service points; Document the time at * http://www.givebacktime.org
- Kids are welcome to work alongside parents
 
- Bring water to drink, a small plastic bag and an old metal fork, wear masks and gloves 

- Protect yourself from weather and sun
 
We look forward to a productive day, with help from our community!
 
RSVP required beforehand – so we know how many workers to expect. Please let us know if you'll be available on Sunday, too, in case of inclement weather.
